I really like this app

Feels so natural

The videos are probably my favorite part of the app. They're short enough that I don't feel like I'm sitting down for another lesson, and the topics are actually interesting. How do I cancel or change my subscription?

All Lingo AI billing is handled by Apple, so we're not able to modify or end your plan from our side. The good news is it only takes a few taps on your iPhone or iPad.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then choose Lingo AI.
  3. Pick another plan, or tap Cancel Subscription to stop auto-renewal. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

If you don't see the option to cancel, your subscription may already be inactive. For any difficulty completing your cancellation, or if you have other billing questions, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly, as they manage all payments for your account.

How can I improve voice recognition accuracy?

Speak clearly in a quiet place and keep the microphone close to your mouth for the best recognition results.

How can I get the best microphone performance?

Allow microphone access in your browser and check that your preferred input device is selected.

Why is my tutor still speaking the previous tutor language?

Start a new conversation after changing tutors so the new language settings apply to the entire session.
